Experienced Administrator

We are looking for a right-hand person to our Manager at Kinross Nursery.  You should have at least 5 years solid experience in administration and excellent customer service skills with team management experience being advantageous.  A childcare and education background would be helpful but isn’t essential however, it is essential that you would be willing to undertake any learning or training that would enhance your ability to work in this highly regulated environment.

This is a dynamic role where in any given day you could be dealing with billing, staff rotas, availability checks, researching resources, and answering emails, all whilst supporting a busy manager in a busy nursery.

We are recruiting for a full-time position with working hours being on a two week rota of 7.15 – 4.15 and 9 – 6 and you will have key holder responsibility for opening and closing the nursery.   

A PVG check will be required for the successful candidate.
